During last week's weigh-in, Alison announced that Jillian had broken the rules by giving her team caffeine pills without the doctor's approval. That means that the results of last week's weigh-ins are invalid and that Ruben is rejoining his Red Team on the ranch. When the contestants return from the weigh-ins, they are greeted by their old friend, Ruben Studdard. He tells his friends that, during his week off of the ranch, he continued to exercise and eat healthy and dropped an additional eight pounds on his own. It's good news for the Red Team.

The next morning, Jillian pulls her team aside to apologize for the penalty they received as a result of her actions. The team tells her that they support her 100%, and they understand that she only had their best interests in mind. With that, the White Team hits the gym to start a week of tough workouts.

Next, the contestants meet at a construction-themed obstacle course for this week's challenge. One team must bounce a ball off of a trampoline to another teammate, who will bounce the ball off of another trampoline and into a giant bucket. The first team to score 30 points wins the challenge. From the start, it's clear that the Red Team is on top of this challenge.

David, who is handling the final stretch of the challenge, finds his rhythm and becomes an unstoppable force. The Red Team easily wins the challenge (which comes with $1,000 cash), and David comes out with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

For the rest of the week, all three teams approach their workouts with a renewed dedication and energy. The trainers couldn't be more proud of the hurdles their teams have overcome, and the results of their hard work are beginning to show. To remind them of how far they've come, every contestant receives a DVD of their Biggest Loser audition tape. It's an eye-opening moment for the contestants to see themselves from six weeks ago. It's also incredibly motivating.

Last season's Biggest Loser, Danni, stops by the ranch to have lunch with the contestants before they hit the gym for their Last-Chance Workouts. Danni is a huge inspiration to the contestants, so they're excited to have a face-to-face conversation with someone who's been in their position before.

Dolvett takes a special trip with Ruben to a recording studio so that he can see Ruben in his element. Ruben's producer has created a special song to reflect Ruben's current accomplishments in life, and Ruben's rendition of the lyrics is absolutely beautiful. Dolvett even jumps behind the mic to show off his pipes. There is no comparison to Ruben, but he's actually not bad!

It's time for the weigh-ins! The Blue Team takes to the scale first. Hap clocks an eight-pound loss; Holley drops five pounds; Matt sheds four pounds; Chelsea loses five pounds (dropping her below the 200-pound mark); and Bobby drops five pounds. Bob was hoping for more from his team, but he'll have to see how the other teams fare.

The White Team hits the scale next. Jay ditches five pounds; Marie sheds six pounds; and Tumi drops 11 pounds. It's a great showing for the White Team this week, and they're safe from elimination. Finally, the Red Team weighs in. Ruben drops eight pounds; Rachel sheds three pounds; Tanya says goodbye to four pounds; Jennifer ditches four pounds; and David drops an astonishing 17 pounds. It's been a huge week for David, and he saved his teammates from elimination tonight.

Unfortunately, that means one of the members of the Blue Team will be eliminated. The player with the lowest percentage of weight loss is Matt, but wait! Bob still has a trainer save! Bob decides to use his save to keep Matt on the ranch.
