After last week's weigh-in, the contestants return to the kitchen to vent some of their nervous energy. They're all happy to have made it through the weigh-in, but there's a challenging week ahead of them. No matter how much they lose over the next seven days, one of them is guaranteed to go home. They have to come out on top of the pack to survive.

The contestants meet the trainers and kids at the gym to start the week's workouts. First, the trainers show the kids a video documenting their progress from the beginning of the show until now. The kids are proud of themselves and pleased with their progress, and the video provides good motivation for them to continue on their path to healthy living.

The contestants hit the gym to workout as much as they can during their last week on the ranch, and the trainers push harder than ever. Jackson is experiencing nausea during the workout, something he's battled with since the beginning of the show. Nonetheless, he's motivated enough to push through the discomfort. It's indicative of Jackson's incredible transformation since the beginning of the show.

On the treadmill, Gina suffers a foot injury. It's strange for Gina to ever complain about physical pain, so the trainers are immediately concerned. Gina is very concerned that the injury will slow her down this week, but she's not willing to quit because of a little discomfort.

Meanwhile, the kids meet with Dr. Joanna, The Biggest Loser's childhood obesity specialist, for a progress update. Lindsay is no longer pre-diabetic, Biingo has lost 25% of his bodyweight and Sunny has shed all of her impending health problems. All of the kids are pleased with their progress and excited to continue living healthy and staying active.

Next, the remaining contestants watch a video documenting their progress since the beginning of the season. It's an emotional experience and an incredible motivation for them to continue on their path to a healthier lifestyle. Danni sits with Dr. Huizenga, who presents a recap of her progress so far. Dr. Huizenga and the contestants are blown away by the progress this season, and Dr. Huizenga explains that Danni has shown the best improvement of any contestant who has ever been on the show.

Next, it's time for this week's challenge! The contestants meet Alison atop a snowy mountain, where they must battle the elements and their own weight. The contestants must race up the mountain, dragging a sled behind them that will be filled with the weight they've lost so far. At the end of the race, Joe wins a one-pound advantage and all of the contestants are reminded of the weight they no longer have to carry with them.

The contestants say goodbye to The Biggest Loser kids, then it's time for their final Last-Chance Workout on the ranch. The trainers hold nothing back, pushing the contestants harder than they've ever been pushed. The final Last-Chance Workout isn't just a final opportunity for a work out, it's the last chance for the trainers to spend time with their contestants and provide one more day of encouragement and motivation.

Finally, it's time for this week's weigh-ins. This week, the weigh-in consists of a red line and a yellow line. This means two contestants will automatically move on, one will be automatically eliminated, and America will vote for which of the remaining two contestants will go on to the live show next week.

Joe takes the scale first and drops five pounds. It's not his best weigh-in, but he also has a one-pound advantage from his challenge win. Jackson takes the scale next, shedding five pounds. Gina only lost two pounds this week, Jeff drops 11 pounds and Danni lost 11 pounds. Gina is eliminated, Danni and Jeff are headed to the finals, and America will vote to decide whether Joe or Jackson will be headed to the finals.
