After the elimination, Conda confides in Jeremy that last night's was the most difficult elimination ever: she had to choose between her two closest friends on the ranch. While Conda admits to being abrasive and bossy, she prides herself on always trying to be a good friend. People were kind of mean to Megan in the beginning of the show, so Conda "took her in." Now she doesn't want Megan to feel betrayed by her elimination vote, but on the other hand, Conda couldn't vote for Mark, whom she started out with on the Black Team. Jeremy advises Conda that it's time for her to stay focused. Megan's going to begin her journey at home; she'll figure it out.

That night, Alison meets the contestants in a field, where they're surprised to find life-sized cutouts of themselves embedded in glass windows - using photographs from when they first arrived at the ranch. In tonight's challenge, the players will race across the field, climb up a cargo net, grab a baseball, race back across the field to fire the baseball with a slingshot at the window. The player to break both their panes of glass first will receive a one-pound advantage on the scale this week. But here's the tricky part - the person who comes in last will receive a one-pound disadvantage! The stakes couldn't be higher. Kim takes an early lead, getting a hit with her very first baseball, and Buddy's right on her heels. Chris is next, and within minutes, Buddy wins the challenge. He's super-stoked to gain a one-pound advantage.

Knowing that a one-pound disadvantage could mean the difference between staying on the ranch and going home, the contestants step up their game. Mark's next to break both his windows, which leaves Jeremy and the three ladies. Jeremy gets more and more frustrated as his windows refuse to break - in fact, Conda breaks her first window before him. Kim's next to break both her windows, followed by Jeremy, leaving Chris and Conda to battle it out for last place. Jeremy's worried because he knows Conda's terrible at stuff like this - and in fact, Conda takes the one-pound disadvantage. Right after the challenge, Alison announces great news - it's Makeover Week! Tomorrow they'll meet with Jeannie Mai, stylist to the stars, to pick out a new wardrobe, followed by a makeover by Ken Paves. The ladies are over the moon.

The next day, Jeannie welcomes the contestants to a salon stuffed with stylish clothing. She promises this will be the biggest and best Biggest Loser Makeover Week ever. They're about to receive a message from someone who's not just a style icon, but someone who's an icon to an entire nation. Jeannie turns towards a monitor to watch a pre-taped message from... Michelle Obama! Since she wants to hear about their weight-loss journeys in person, the First Lady invites The Biggest Loser contestants to meet with her... at the White House! That's right, they'll reveal their new looks at the White House. Kim tears up, realizing that if she got this opportunity before the ranch, it would have been a whole different thing. Now she knows she deserves this opportunity.

Jeannie brings the contestants into her salon one by one. It turns out she got hold of the contestants' old clothes from before they started the show, and she wants them to face their wardrobe. She encourages them to try on their own clothes, so they can truly feel how far they've come. When Mark comes out of the dressing room, he tears up, unable to recognize the person he has become in his new clothes. Kim can't believe it - she's now wearing a size 6!

After their session with Jeannie, the contestants head to the Ken Paves salon for the next part of their makeover. Ken is excited to show Chris how sexy short hair can be, and yes, her hair is going to be a different color. The last time Conda got a haircut was three years ago. Ken suggests a major haircut, and she agrees, as long as her long hair gets donated to Locks of Love. It's not long before the contestants are headed to D.C., where Bob and Dolvett are waiting for them at the White House. Mark is the first to reveal his new look to Dolvett and Bob, who greet him as if he were a congressman. The goatee is gone, and Mark looks like a completely different person. Promising one last surprise, Bob and Dolvett leave the room, and in walks Mark's wife Cathy and younger daughter and son. As happy as he is, Mark is wishing that Chism were there with them.

Chris is next to walk up to the White House to meet Bob and Dolvett, and she's rocking a sexy new red hairdo. Now she looks younger than her age! Chris' three kids can't believe how amazing she looks. Her daughter Amelia remarks that her mother looks "lit up!" When Chris apologizes for being away for so long, her kids admit they've been taking her for granted. After hearing her kids telling her how proud they are, Chris pronounces this moment one of the best of her life. Bob and Dolvett can't believe how dapper a clean-shaven Buddy looks - like a president! Buddy's glasses are gone; his suit is crisp, and he is lovin' life. He knows that this is his time in life to "swing for the fences." Buddy breaks into tears when his wife Shelby and kids - including his new baby Levi - walk into the room. It's a perfect day!

Knowing she started the show when she was at a personal low, Conda is walking into the White House looking completely different. She's blonde! Conda now knows she can do anything she wants because this is "like her life." She immediately breaks down when her mom rounds a corner with her daughter Brooklyn, who runs into mommy's arms. Conda is just telling the family to call her "Blonda" when Jeremy walks into the room - in a suit and a nice haircut. Jeremy and Conda's mom is completely blown away and oh so proud of her kids.

Bob and Dolvett's eyes nearly pop out of their heads when Kim walks into the room, looking like she's ready for the finale, where she fully intends to be. She feels like a knockout - because her insides and her outsides are finally matching. Kim is over the moon when her two eldest children walk into the room with her mother - and they can't believe how far she's come. Kim knows she has the best kids in the world. Everything she's been through has been worth this moment. Now that all the contestants and their families are together, it's time to meet the First Lady. Bob and Dolvett lead the six contestants to a room where they wait for Michelle Obama to arrive... but you're going to have to wait until next week to see what happens!
