Directly after last week's elimination, Alison congratulates the Final Four - Hannah, Irene, Jay and Olivia! There's just one more week to go... As half of the Final Four, Olivia and Hannah have decided that their Purple Team stands for people that don't fit into a perfect box. If you can dream it, you can go and get it! The sisters remember that on their very first day on the ranch they made a pact not to let anything get in their way.

Bob and Jillian are amazed when the Final Four enter the gym. Who would have thought the Purple Team would have made it all the way? For her part, Jillian's ready to beat some asses. Bob reminds the players that there are only two secure spots, and they can do anything they put their minds to. Since Jay's been writing his goal weight on his arm every day, Bob recommends that he keep it up at home, using his ultimate goal weight. Irene feels like a completely different person than when she first came to the ranch. She knows her life back at home will change completely.

Alison meets the players outside the gym to announce that Jennie O is going to give $5,000 to the player who can make the best turkey burger recipe. But that's not all... Jennie O will also send the guest of the winner's choice to The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge for a two-week stay - so they can help someone they love get the transformation they need. The hard part? They're going to have to cook for the most brutally honest judges there are - a bunch of kids! The players get cooking in a special food truck designed just for such a challenge. Olivia makes her Green Slime Burger; Jay prepares his world-famous Volcano Burger; Hannah grills her Cheesy Turkey Chomper; and Irene's got her I-Burger. Once the kids have tasted all the burgers, Alison instructs them to stand by the person who made the best one.

Olivia's Green Slime Burger is definitely not a hit. 22 kids loved Hannah's recipe, but Jay's Volcano Burger pulls in a whopping 31 votes - he's finally won a challenge! Jay can't wait for his wife to take her two-week retreat to the ranch, and $5,000 doesn't hurt either. Later, Alison meets the Final Four on a golf course for their very last challenge, introducing Season 10's Biggest Loser, Patrick. Today's challenge is about putting their weight back on - and taking it off. Each player's golf bag is filled with 19 weighted flags, representing the amount they've lost each week. They'll drop a flag at each hole on the golf course, and the first person to finish the course wins. Hannah will be carrying 98 pounds; Jay's got 154, and Irene and Olivia both have 108. Cybex will give the winner an at-home gym worth $15,000.

The players are instantly struck by how heavy their bags are; Hannah's having trouble breathing. The big question - how did they used to carry that much weight around? Hannah remembers Jillian's advice, to put one foot in front of the other and just do it. At the first hole, Olivia stops and calls for the medic. She's having a full-blown back spasm and trouble breathing. Jay's in such excruciating pain he's not sure he can finish the course. On the fourth hole, Hannah remembers the moment in Week 4 that changed her life and starts trucking. In second place, Irene begins running, determined to catch up with Hannah, who's never won an individual challenge. By the time Jay hits the 13th hole, he's able to start jogging. Hannah cries as she crosses the finish line first, and Irene's not too far behind, then Olivia, followed by Jay.

Hannah's finally won her first challenge, but the surprises don't stop there. In appreciation of how far the Final Four have come, Cybex is going to give each of them a Biggest Loser Arc Trainer, so they can all train for the finale at home. But now it's time for the last Last-Chance Workout. Brett and Cara have come back to help out. Bob focuses on Hannah, telling her that the man who gets her will be the luckiest man in the world. Jillian nearly busts a lung, screaming Olivia through her workout. Everyone's amazed at how far they've come. Now there's only one thing left to do... weigh in!

Olivia and Hannah walk into the weigh-in smiling and holding hands - they could possibly be the first sister duo to make it to the finals - a dream come true for them both. Alison explains that the two players with the highest percentage of weight loss will guarantee their spot in the live finale. The two people below the yellow line will ask America to vote for them to be the third finalist. Whoever wins the vote will be in the running to be The Biggest Loser, and the fourth will still be in the running for the at-home prize of $100,000. Irene's first up. She started on the ranch at 255, and her current weight is 144. She's lost three pounds for a percentage of 2.04. She couldn't be happier and gives everyone a big hug.

Olivia's nervous that Irene has set the bar pretty high; it'll be tough for her and Hannah to beat it. Jay's next on the scale, and he knows he needs a good number. When he first started on the show he weighed 400 pounds. This week he's only lost four; although his strength and determination have improved, this number is lower than he hoped. Still, his story isn't done, even if he falls below the yellow line. He's lost 158 pounds, and his four pounds give him a percentage of 1.63. Olivia's up next, determined to get her shot at the final. She'll need to lose more than three pounds to stay above the yellow line. She started at 261 pounds, and now she weighs... 149! She cries to think that she's actually finishing something she started for the first time ever. With four pounds lost, she's at 2.61% - and assured a place in the finals!

Sadly, this means Jay's fallen below the yellow line. Later, he'll make a plea, asking America to vote for him as the third finalist. Jay's used to being the underdog, but Irene's fate is still up in the air. Now it all depends on Hannah - who can't wait to get on the scale for the final weigh-in on campus this season! When she first started, she was 248, and now she's two pounds away from her 100-pound milestone. She needs to lose more than three pounds to make it the finals with Olivia. When the scale says four, Olivia runs onstage to give her sister a tearful hug. Hannah has made a new Biggest Loser record, as the third woman on campus to lose 100 pounds. Never mind that, at 2.67%, she's won tonight's weigh-in!

Even though Irene's going to leave as the Biggest Loser on campus, she's fallen below the yellow line with Jay, and they'll each have to make their plea to America to be the third finalist. Alison bids the players goodbye because now it's time to go home. The next time they'll all see each other will be at the finale. Olivia and Hannah walk off the ranch the same way they entered - hand in hand. 24 hours later, Olivia's on a ferry in New York City, on her way to see the friends and family she hasn't seen in 20 weeks, and she's nervous to present her new self. Irene's on her way to Portland, Oregon - now's the true test for her. Six months ago, she would eat when she started to feel freaked out. Jay can't wait to get back home to New Jersey to see his family - it's the first time his kids will see him fit. He knows he's not done yet...

Hannah's on her way home to Nashville. She's wearing a hot dress, and she's so darn proud of herself. Ready to show herself off a little bit, she's greeted by screams. Irene's wearing a bright orange dress, and she's met by cheers and a big hug from her mom, Ana. Jay walks into the high school gym to show off his new physique. Wife Kim and daughter Jenn can't believe his transformation. Ben's on hand to witness Olivia's homecoming with a big bouquet of pink roses. Outside of her wedding, this has been one of the best moments of Olivia's life. It's not long after the contestants get home that they all receive a DVD from The Biggest Loser. Alison has a special message - direct from the players' old selves, as they were when they first got to the ranch. Irene relives the moment when her mom Ana left the ranch and some of her high points on the show. Now Irene feels like she can do anything,

Hannah cries while watching her DVD from Alison with her family, and her dad tears up to. Jay sits down with his daughter Jennifer and his family to watch his DVD, reliving his journey. Olivia and Ben are already in tears, just seconds after her DVD starts. With the finale one week away, it's now time for America to vote. Who's going to join Hannah and Olivia in the finals - Irene or Jay?
