The contestants are walking to the gym when they hear an unusual sound... the clip-clop of horses, pulling a carriage fit for Cinderella. Screaming, Hannah's the first to figure it out - Tim Gunn has come to the ranch for Makeover Week! Tim steps out of his carriage to explain that he has named himself Fairy Godfather, and he's brought three surprises, the first of which is of course, a fairy tale makeover.

Tim leads the contestants to a special room filled with mannequins in fancy clothes, meant to inspire. Olivia explains that she never felt beautiful before The Biggest Loser, but now she does. For most of her opera-singing career she's been dressed in potato sacks - but never again! But before they explore wardrobe, it's time to start the makeovers! Everyone heads to the Ken Paves salon and the hair cutting begins.

Later that night, Hannah steps out of the Cinderella carriage to meet Tim, looking like a blond mermaid. Hannah admits she's never felt better in her entire life, and she truly feels happy. Tim explains that Hannah's second surprise is waiting for her upstairs... and it's her dad! He spins his daughter in circles and breaks down in tears.

Olivia's next to step out of the carriage with a fabulous new hairdo and an elegant gown. What's in store for her surprise? Her husband Ben, who's lost 99 pounds while Olivia was away! Neither of them can quite believe their eyes. At a loss for words, Olivia later admits that her heart nearly jumped out of her chest; it was almost like meeting her husband for the first time. Olivia and Hannah's dad gets his second surprise of the night - another beautiful, healthy daughter.

Austin steps out of the carriage in a theatrical tux. Having lost 153 pounds and a lot of his hair, he feels like he can command the suit. Waiting upstairs is his mom, who's overjoyed that her son no longer walks with his head down. Irene's next out of the carriage, wearing an amazing pink and gold gown. Growing up, she was a real girly girl, so tonight is definitely like living a lifelong dream. Waiting upstairs is her mom Ana, who's lost 75 pounds so far herself. She's incredibly grateful that her daughter is learning to love herself. When Jay steps out of the carriage without his facial hair and 142 extra pounds, Tim remarks on his regality. Upstairs, Jay's thrilled to see his son Matthew, who runs up for a tearful hug. Matthew has been hoping to see his dad this way for a very long time. Ali meets everyone to announce a night of special celebration. As a part of their second gift, Tim opens a door for a private concert by OneRepublic.

The next day, Ali meets the players on the beach to announce the latest challenge. But before she reveals the challenge, she tells them about the prize: a brand new Mazda 5! So how do they win it? In front of them are 50 Mazda-shaped sand castles, each concealing a key. They'll have to dig in the sand to find a key, then race through sand, up stairs, and a quarter of a mile down a pier to see if it fits in the actual car. The first person to start the car wins. There's nothing better than giving a car away... except giving two away! This gives everyone a 40% chance of winning a car, but they'll have to try their keys in both of them. Irene's off to the fastest start and is first try her key. No one gets a car started on the first try, but Irene starts a car on her second! She can't think of anything better than giving it to her mom.

Pretty soon an hour and a half has passed. Finally, Olivia finds herself alone on the beach, staring at only two sand castles left. She picks one and runs for it, as Austin is left to grab the last key on the beach. Olivia wins the second Mazda, which to her represents a new beginning. But the celebration is soon over as the contestants head to one of the highest pressure Last Chance Workouts of the season. They're heading into the weigh-in that will determine the Final Four!

Although the players have lived most of the week in a fairy tale, it's time for it to end - weigh-in time. Hannah's first up on the scale to learn that she's lost two pounds for 1.28%. Jay's stunned to learn he only lost three pounds for 1.16%, which he didn't see coming. Jillian remarks that something has changed about Jay since his return to the ranch. If he gets to stay, she'll be sure to pull it out of him. Austin's thrilled to have lost seven pounds, making his goal of 160. With two people below him, he's safe from elimination, too. Irene needs to lose more than one pound to stay above the yellow line - and she's lost two, enough to keep her in the game, but now Jay's below the yellow line for sure. Either Hannah or Olivia will be down there with him.

It's a big week for Olivia because she's hoping to hit her goal of a 100 pounds lost this week - and she promised to sing on the scale when she reached her goal. Ali clarifies: if Olivia loses one pound, she reaches her goal; if she loses more, she puts Hannah below the yellow line. Olivia's thrilled to have lost four pounds, but not so thrilled that Hannah and Jay are now below the yellow line. Suddenly, fairy godfather Tim appears out of nowhere with his third surprise - the removal of the yellow line! Jay can't believe he's gotten a third chance at the ranch. And Olivia gives a stunning performance, singing a song she never got to perform before - no one would cast her in the role. There's not a dry eye in the house.
