he players let Don know that they think Dan and Don intentionally gained weight in an attempt to get eliminated. Marci tries to help Don see just how much his actions affect the rest of the people on the ranch.

The contestants gather in the gym to hear about their latest challenge. Ali tells them that one team will be going to train with the Unknowns for a week, throwing everyone for a loop. Ali shows the players a room filled with their favorite junk food. The team that eats the most calories will choose which team will train with the Unknowns for a week.

Each team has time alone in the room of junk food. Most of the teams decide not to consume one single calorie. The Blue Team has a different strategy, but they don't go overboard. Ali tells the players that Arthur ate one fried chicken leg. Now the Blue Team controls who will be sent to work out with the Unknowns. The Blue Team sends The Green Team to the Unknowns' ranch.

When Brett and Cara walk into their gym, they're surprised to discover the Green Team's Jay and Jennifer, ready to work out with the group. Each trainer works one-on-one with the father-and-daughter team. Both Brett and Cara are impressed by the Green Team's toughness.

Back on the ranch, Bob and Jillian let Don know how disappointed they are in his weight gain. Jillian confronts Don. She wants him to get angry and speak his mind; if he just keeps his feelings in, he's sure to fail. Don unleashes his anger and tells Jillian he's done nothing wrong.

Courtney confesses to Jillian about the difficulty of opening up to her mother, especially since she's on the ranch too. Jillian doesn't point any fingers, but encourages Courtney to talk to her mother about the things that are bothering her.

Courtney takes Jillian's advice and confronts her mother. Courtney feels as if she's been a disappointment to her mom, and some of the things Marci says contribute to this feeling. Courtney hopes Marci will curb some of her criticism. Marci breaks down when she realizes how Courtney's been feeling, and mom and daughter end their conversation with a hug.

The Green Team is back on the ranch and ready for their challenge, even though they'll be competing as a member of the Unknowns. Ali reveals a table filled with junk food. The players have to guess the total calories of all the meals combined. It will be the Unknowns versus the teams on the ranch. The grand prize will be letters from home.

The ranch players win the challenge. When the winners read their letters from home, each of them begin to cry, especially Don, whose son's short note encourages him not to give up.
