Synopsis

Plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey helps a homeowner control the temperature of her radiators, which are overheating the rooms upstairs. Then Richard, along with host Kevin O'Connor, general contractor Tom Silva and landscape contractor Roger Cook ask, "What is it?" Then, Tom helps a homeowner squeeze a new refrigerator into an opening that's just a little too small. Finally, Roger shares a tip from a viewer on how to tame a tangle of bungee cords.
