'Til Death Episode 1.07 Dream Getaway

Joy and Eddie read the morning paper. The phone rings but neither answers. The machine clicks on, it's Linda wishing them a happy anniversary, two days late. Eddie and Joy realize they missed their own anniversary.

Joy gives the Woodcock's travel brochures for a romantic getaway. Joy points out that Eddie doesn't want to travel, but Eddie defends that he does, but to the Arctic tundra to go camping. The Woodcocks invite the Starks to join them for the dream weekend.

Joy is mad because Eddie doesn't want to go with her for a romantic weekend. But ultimately Joy is able to guilt Eddie into going.

The Starks and Woodcocks pack into the lodge elevator. The Woodcocks flirt relentlessly, and the Starks just want to get to their room.

The Starks' hotel room is luxurious, but Eddie is only concerned about where he put his soap. Joy hands Eddie the remote and turns on the television.

In the Woodcocks' room, Steph wakes up suddenly. She tells Jeff she had a weird dream. Jeff begs her to tell him about the dream, and Steph says she had a sex dream about Eddie. Jeff rolls away from her, shocked.

At breakfast, Jeff is concerned about Steph's dream and wants to know details. But when she starts, it's too much for Jeff to handle. Jeff's jealously is clear. Eddie startles Steph and sits down at their table. Joy is off at a bird watching seminar. Steph eats quietly and Jeff stares at Eddie. Steph excuses herself from the table. Eddie pries to figure out what's going on. Jeff reveals that Steph had the sex dream about Eddie. Eddie grins and wants details, but Jeff doesn't know. Jeff threatens to fight Eddie in the orchard. Eddie explains that dreams about other people besides your spouse is a normal thing.

Eddie dresses up and does his hair when Joy returns to the room. Eddie gives her a gift, and Joy gets suspicious. Eddie says he's feeling the romance.

At dinner, the Starks get a table for two. Eddie heads to the restroom and Joy walks to the table. She sees Steph sitting alone at the bar. Steph apologizes for having the dream about Eddie, but Joy doesn't know about the dream. Joy figures out why Eddie was acting the way he was. Steph heads back to the room, and Eddie returns from the bathroom. When Eddie tries to be playful, Joy tells Eddie about her discussion with Eddie. Joy isn't happy because she knows she's not dressed up for her, he did it because of the sex dream. Eddie just says that after twenty years of marriage it's just nice to have a second opinion.

Steph apologizes to Jeff and tells him that the dream meant nothing. Steph defends that she is truly not attracted to Eddie. Jeff says he doesn't want her to be with anyone else and they make up.

Eddie returns to the room and apologizes to Joy for the way he behaved. Eddie feels stupid because he was so full of himself. But Joy says she over-reacted and apologizes to Eddie.
