When David tells Michael he's going to do relief work in Haiti , Michael decides to do something. He goes to meet David at the hospital to do it but the hospital catches fire . The team arrives and they try to evacuate everyone but Hen and Rafi encounter a man who refuses to leave until he finds someone so they stick with him. Claudette receives a call from an 8 year old boy at the hospital who is trapped and has his newborn sister with him. Claudette sends Eddie and Buck to help him but they arrive too late and the room catches fire.Michael is worried about David who is operating on someone and refuses to leave until he's done.
