Synopsis

Captain Owen Strand reveals to his engine 126 crew that he has been working with the FBI to help bring down a domestic terrorist group with his Austin motorcycle club/gang, The Honor Dogs. The must races to respond to a bomb threat at the State Capitol and put a stop to the terrorist deadly plans, central in which is CHiP sergeant Ty O'Brien's nephew Andy, who is actually blackmailed by abducting his family after he refused to help with actual terrorism.
