Through his lawyers, the father of late Michael Jackson files a complaint to the concert promoter for not providing heart resuscitation machine and a nurse when requested.

AceShowbiz - Lawyers representing Michael Jackson's father Joe have filed an official complaint against the promoters behind the late star's London concerts - accusing AEG bosses of failing to provide medical equipment requested by the singer's doctor.
The "Thriller" hitmaker died last June, just days before he was due to kick-off the mammoth "This Is It" residency. The star's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter for administering the drug that ultimately led to his demise.
Joe Jackson has now taken his anger over his son's untimely death to the California Medical Board, as well as one other government agency, filing an official complaint against executives at the concert promotion company.
The complaint alleges Murray, who was hired to look after Jackson ahead of the gigs, contacted AEG just days before Jackson's death and asked for a heart resuscitation machine and a nurse, but AEG never granted his request.
Joe's legal documents accuse AEG bosses of "unlawful practice of corporate medicine", according to TMZ.com.
