AceShowbiz - A recently surfaced video shows Jonathan Majors and his co-star JC Kilcoyne falling through a window while filming an untitled action movie produced by the Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend.
The footage, obtained by Deadline, emerged amid reports of crew members planning a strike over alleged unsafe working conditions on the set. In the clip, both actors fall out of frame after going through the window, which was approximately six feet above the ground. Sources told the outlet that Kilcoyne sustained multiple hand injuries requiring stitches following the fall.
When asked to comment on the incident, Bonfire Legend’s Dallas Sonnier responded to The Hollywood Reporter with a sharp remark, stating, "The actors' fall was shorter than the failed movie careers of the now-union reps."
The film is written and directed by Kyle Rankin and produced by Ben Shapiro for Daily Wire alongside Sonnier for Bonfire Legend. Additional producers include Travis Mills, Lillian Campbell, and Sydney Aucreman. The Hollywood Reporter reached out to the Daily Wire for comment but did not receive a response by publication time.
This project represents one of Majors' latest roles following his 2023 conviction for assault and harassment. After the conviction related to an incident involving his ex-partner Grace Jabbari, he was removed from several film projects. His sentence included a 52-week in-person domestic violence intervention program.
As a result of the controversy, the Jonathan Majors actor was notably dropped by Disney and Marvel Studios, where he portrayed Kang the Conqueror. This character was initially intended to be a major villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s upcoming phases.
The incident on set adds tension amid ongoing disputes over safety and working conditions related to the production. Both actors appeared to have survived the fall, but the seriousness of Kilcoyne’s injuries has raised concerns among crew members and industry observers alike.
More details and updates on the film’s production and cast safety are expected as the story develops.
