Blake Lively has filed an amended complaint against Justin Baldoni in the ongoing legal battle, adding new defendants and evidences that include other alleged victims.

AceShowbiz - In the latest development of the legal wrangling between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, an amended complaint was filed by the "Gossip Girl" alum, adding significant weight to her original claims of sexual harassment and smear campaign.

Filed late Tuesday, February 18, with just minutes to spare before the court's deadline, this 163-page document offers "significant additional evidence," according to her lawyers Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb.

The updated complaint names Baldoni's PR specialist Jed Wallace among new defendants and includes a defamation claim as well as new evidence. This move ramps up the stakes, with Lively asserting that repeated false statements have damaged her reputation.

Lively suggested there were other women victimized by Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios' Jamey Heath, though their names remain confidential for protection.

Hudson and Gottlieb emphasize, "The complaint includes significant contemporaneous evidence that Ms. Lively was not alone in raising allegations of on-set misconduct more than a year before the Film was edited."

With the case slated to go to trial in March 2026, U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman warned both parties against litigating through the media, hinting at an earlier trial date if the PR battles continue.

As both stars are preparing for the trial, they agreed to forgo court mediation. With another year before the court showdown, the legal flames between Lively and Baldoni are far from extinguished. Anticipation builds as each party fiercely defends their narrative
