The brother of Match of the Day star Gary Lineker has opened up on social media after a horrifying attack left him unconscious in the early hours of Wednesday morning, June 12 in Ibiza.

Lineker expressed his pride in Freddie's independence and strength, saying, "So proud of you when you said this to me. Love you."

Despite his strained relationship with his brother Gary Lineker, 63, Wayne said he still has a strong bond with his nephews, calling them "so close."

Lineker also shared a video of himself toasting champagne with the female friend at the center of the row, captioning it, "Bunny's back."
