Farago expressed her ongoing struggles with sleep and frequent urination. "I am not sleeping, and I never sleep. I wake up every 30 minutes to pee," she said with a laugh. However, she noted that overall, everything is progressing well.

Sullivan has been providing unwavering support throughout Farago's pregnancy, taking care of household duties and ensuring her comfort. "I cook. I clean. I take care of the animals," he said.

Farago has hinted that she and Sullivan have chosen names for their babies but prefer to keep them private until they are closer to birth. "I think we kind of have the names settled, but we're not gonna reveal or even call them the names yet until I'm further or until they're almost here because I just don't want to jinx anything," she explained.

In another exciting development, Farago and Sullivan revealed they are expecting twins. In a May 24 TikTok video, Farago shared ultrasound images and updated her followers on her condition. "We went in for a 10 week and five day ultrasound. The twins looked amazing. Everything was great," she said.

However, the couple experienced a concerning episode when Farago experienced severe pain after mistakenly injecting a progesterone shot into a vein. They visited the emergency room but left due to unsatisfactory treatment.

Despite these setbacks, Farago remains optimistic about her pregnancy. She expressed her gratitude for the support of her partner and the excitement of welcoming her bundle of joy into the world.
