The second season of Apple TV+'s acclaimed drama, based on Min Jin Lee's bestselling novel, has a premiere date and several first-look photos have been released.

AceShowbiz - Two years after its season 1 finale, "Pachinko" is set to return on Friday, August 23 with its second season. The eight-episode season will premiere with one episode and continue with weekly releases through October 11.
The streamer has revealed several first-look photos for the upcoming season, showcasing the cast and setting. The main title sequence has also been unveiled.
Told in three languages - Korean, Japanese and English - "Pachinko" is a moving story of love and survival across four generations. It follows a Korean immigrant family as they navigate the challenges of leaving their homeland in pursuit of a better life.
Season two stars Lee Minho, Minha Kim, Anna Sawai, Yuh-Jung Youn, Jin Ha, Eunchae Jung, Soji Arai, Junwoo Han and Sungkyu Kim.
The first season of "Pachinko" received numerous accolades, including a Peabody Award and an American Film Institute Award. It is created and written by Soo Hugh and produced by Media Res, Blue Marble Pictures, and Apple TV+. Directors for season two include Leanne Welham, Arvin Chen, and Sang-il Lee.
