AceShowbiz - Kanye West may not face legal repercussion following an alleged punching incident in April. According to a new report, the battery investigation is on ice as none of the everyone involved was willing to speak out.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that rapper and twin brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston have gone radio silent over the incident. It was previously reported that Ye punched one of the twins in the face at the Chateau Marmont after thinking that one of them assaulted his wife Bianca Censori.
The news outlet stated that police needed at least one of the three men involved to cooperate with the investigation for it to move forward. However, the twins and the Yeezy designer have been ignoring the cops' requests to talk about the matter.
It seemed like they had settled their differences privately. As cops didn't manage to talk with them, they allegedly were unable to send the case to the L.A. City Attorney's Office. The sources claimed that while the investigation remains open, it's stuck.

The former husband of Kim Kardashian was later as a suspect in a battery case. In response, the Chicago star's rep issued a statement denying the alleged victim's claim that he only grabbed the Yeezy architectural designer. " 'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted," the statement read.
"The assailant didn't merely collide into her," the rep further stressed. "He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."
