In a new podcast interview, the 'Full House' actress sets the record straight on her former television co-star's claim that they once made out during a trip to Disneyland.

AceShowbiz - Lori Loughlin, known for her role as Becky Donaldson on "Full House," has addressed the persistent rumor that she and co-star John Stamos made out on a ride at Disneyland.
During a recent appearance on the podcast "How Rude, Tanneritos!" hosted by her fellow "Full House" actresses Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber, Loughlin expressed her exasperation with Stamos' story.
"He likes to tell some crazy story about we made out on the Matterhorn and I'm like, 'What?' " she said. "I think that's just for comedic value."
Loughlin explained that she and Stamos met when she was 17 and he was 18. They stayed in touch but lived far apart. However, they reconnected during the casting process for "Full House."
Despite their close friendship and chemistry on screen as Jesse and Becky, Loughlin denied any romantic involvement. She suggested that it might have been possible if they had lived closer together.
Stamos has shared a different recollection of their first encounter. He claimed that he met Loughlin when they were both soap opera actors. He recalled an incident where she was a presenter and accidentally omitted his name when announcing an Emmy nomination.
Despite the differing accounts, Stamos has consistently praised Loughlin in interviews and his memoir, "If You Would Have Told Me." He describes her as his "Sandra Dee" and a true friend with whom he feels a deep connection.
However, Loughlin remains adamant that the makeout rumor is a fabrication. She believes Stamos embellishes stories for comedic effect.
