AceShowbiz - More details about Tom Cruise and Elsina Khayrova's breakup have emerged. If a new report is to be believed, the "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One" star called it quits with the Russian socialite after her ex-husband Dmitry Tsvetkov, spilled the beans on their marriage.

"He's filming and can't be shooting and have her husband saying stuff every time he is mentioned in the press," a source told Page Six of the Hollywood star. In addition, the 61-year-old's team reportedly "didn't want to deal with the ex husband coming up with something nasty to say every few weeks."

Dmitry, the colorful international diamond trader, got candid about his marriage to Elsina in an interview with the Daily Mail. He even warned Tom to "keep his eyes and wallet wide open" because she has "expensive and luxurious tastes."

Dmitry claimed he spent £10 million on clothes and another £2 million on handbags while he was married to Elsina for 11 years. He also stated that their three-year divorce battle cost him £150 million.

The tycoon, however, didn't have ill feelings toward Tom. In fact, he called the "Top Gun: Maverick" star his favorite actor, adding, "He's one of the best I have ever seen. I have watched a lot of his movies."

Tom and Elsina first sparked romance rumors in December 2023 after they were allegedly seen getting cozy at a party in London's Grosvenor Square. At that time, a source told Us Weekly that the pair had been dating for "a while."

However, they broke up after dating for three months. "They weren't gelling and realized they weren't romantically compatible," a source told Us. "There's no bad blood between them. They just had different ideas of what their relationship was going to be."
