After dropping the surprising news of his youngest child's arrival, the 'About My Daddy' actor shares on 'CBS Mornings' the first official picture of his newborn daughter.

AceShowbiz - Robert De Niro is introducing his youngest child to the world. Days after making the shocking announcement that he's become a dad again at 79 years old, the actor has unveiled the first picture of the newborn and her name.
Shared on "CBS Mornings" on Thursday, May 11, the photo gave the first official look at Robert and his girlfriend Tiffany Chen's first child together, a baby girl named Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro. She was born on April 6 and weighing 8 lbs., 6 oz. at the time of birth.
Relaying the news, co-host Gayle King, who just interviewed the dad of seven last week, said that he and his partner "are over the moon" about the newest member of the family. To the CBS News journalist, the actor also confirmed that the baby was planned.
Robert first revealed that he just welcomed a seventh child during an interview with ET Canada. "I know you have six kids...," reporter Brittnee Blair said, to which Robert replied, "Seven, actually. I just had a baby."
His "About My Father" co-star Kim Cattrall later gushed about his girlfriend Tiffany at the premiere of their new movie. She told Extra, "God bless him, his significant other. Tiffany is such a beautiful woman. She came to the set once with her family and watched filming, and she was gorgeous and sweet. I'm happy for both of them."
Another "About My Father" star, Sebastian Maniscalco, was also happy for the senior actor. "I was informed today that he had the baby. I didn't know leading up to this that he was going to have a baby but ... God bless him," he said on the red carpet of the New York premiere of the film. "He's a very soft-spoken individual, loves to spend time with his family and I'm happy for him."
On Wednesday, May 10, Tiffany was seen for the first time with her newborn daughter. The martial arts trainer was photographed cradling the baby during a walk in New York City with a male friend.
Robert also shares adoptive daughter Drena, 51, Raphael, 46, and 27-year-old twins Julian and Aaron with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott as well as Elliot, 24, and 11-year-old Helen Grace with second wife Grace Hightower.
