The rapper reportedly attended the reality TV star's baby shower for their second child together, but tried not to distract the attention from her in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy.

The makeup mogul recently threw an "intimate" bash to celebrate the impending arrival of her second child. A source close to the KarJenner tells HollywoodLife.com that Travis was at the party, but stayed "pretty laid back" the whole time. The source adds that he was "very lowkey and stayed inside of the house most of the time."

The so-called insider explains why Kylie still went on with the baby shower despite the deadly Astroworld Festival, "Even though the public isn't hearing much from Kylie in terms of social media, of course she still wanted to celebrate her pregnancy with her closest friends and family." The source claims, "The last thing Kylie needs right now is anymore drama in her life because she's very pregnant and so she's focused on doing her best to stay relaxed and healthy."

The Kylie Cosmetics founder had been "planning this baby shower for a couple months" and it was a "really intimate" event attended only by "immediate family" and close friends held at half-sister Khloe Kardashian's home, so the source spills. "At the celebration, Kylie gave an emotional speech where she thanked everyone for coming and talked about how she is so ready for the baby to be born. Kylie has the overwhelming support of her family and everyone around her," the insider goes on sharing.

On how the couple's elder child reacts to becoming a sister, the source dishes, "Stormi has an idea of what is going on because she sees her mom's belly and she knows how to say the word baby, but she doesn't really know or understand. She won't get it until the baby is here." The baby is reportedly due in mid-January as Kylie is said to be "really focused on maintaining a healthy body and mind right now."

Travis has been keeping a low-profile in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy, which resulted in ten fatalities, ranging from 9 to 27 years old, and hundreds injured. He is now facing hundreds of lawsuits filed by victims of the festival seeking total damages of at least $3 billion.
