The latest trippy sneak peek shows interlacing moments from the upcoming movie with similar sequences from the old films as the concept of deja vu is explained again.

AceShowbiz - With less than a month to go before its release, "The Matrix Resurrections" has unleashed a new trippy trailer. Making its way out online on Wednesday, December 1, the new sneak peek warns that "change is coming" as it explains the concept of deja vu again.
The video, titled "Deja Vu", cleverly puts juxtaposed moments from the upcoming movie with similar sequences from the old films side-by-side. It features repeating line of a familiar dialogue from Carrie-Anne Moss' Trinity taken from the original film in which she explains to Keanu Reeves' Neo, "A deja vu is usually a glitch in the Matrix. It happens when they change something."
"Why use old code to make something new?" someone is heard asking and another observes that "maybe this isn't the story we think it is." The trailer also offers a glimpse of Neo in the real world, being seen in the birthing goo pod.
"The Matrix Resurrections" is written and directed by Lana Wachowski, who co-directed and co-wrote the first three Matrix films with her sister Lilly Wachowski. It also brings back Jada Pinkett Smith as Niobe, Lambert Wilson as The Merovingian and Daniel Bernhardt as Agent Johnson.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Groff, Jessica Henwick, Toby Onwumere, Max Riemelt, Erendira Ibarra, Priyanka Chopra, Andrew Caldwell, Brian J. Smith, Ellen Hollman and Christina Ricci are added to the cast in undisclosed roles.
Little is known about the plot details, but it is set twenty years after the events of "The Matrix Revolutions". Neo lives a seemingly ordinary life as Thomas A. Anderson in San Francisco where his therapist prescribes him blue pills. Neither he nor Trinity recognize each other. However, Morpheus offers him the red pill and reopens his mind to the world of the Matrix.
The movie is set to open in theaters across the nation on December 11.
