The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker reveals, during her Bright Minded Instagram Live show, that she has partnered with the bosses at feminine care brand Lola for the initiative.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus has partnered with the bosses at organic tampon brand Lola to get feminine hygiene products to emergency shelters in Los Angeles.

The pop star came up with the idea after reaching out to the company when she recently ran out of tampons during the coronavirus lockdown and couldn't find any on the empty shelves of her local pharmacy.

Showing off a box of organic cotton tampons during her "Bright Minded" Instagram Live show on Wednesday (March 25), the "Wrecking Ball" singer said, "They have already sent out 400,000 products across the country... and I'm proud to announce that now I'm partnering with Lola to donate 100,000 tampons, pads and liners to emergency shelters right here in Los Angeles."

Miley added, "Lola is a female-founded brand that offers high quality period and sexual wellness products that I feel really good about."
