AceShowbiz - Given her status as an influencer, Khloe Kardashian is often paid to help commercial brands advertise their stuff on her Instagram account. However, her latest endorsement has successfully landed her in hot water as people thought that the brand she promoted, Febreze, did nothing but bad things to their bodies.
The endorsement post was shared on Wednesday, February 26. In the first photo, Khloe could be seen relaxing on her bed while surrounded by products from the brand, as another photo showed three bedazzled Febreze bottles alongside a framed snap of the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her daughter True Thompson.
Some people found the advertising post funny as saying that they could have never imagined Khloe to endorse such a thing, while some others didn't take it that well. "Toxic filled chemical spray thats causing all types of health issues fit humans," one shared a lengthy response. "Are you proud promoting such toxic spray. Do your research before you use these products!!! They are harmful to you and your children!"
Someone else got sarcastic in his/her comment, "Can you imagine all of the chemicals you're breathing in while you sleep?" One other roasted her, "You guys will literally promote anything for money regardless of how negative the impact. Toxic filled spray. Do your research!" A fourth individual echoed the sentiment, "Those are so full of toxins and chemicals and absorb into your body. Please do your research. And that fragrance is the worst part."
"If she only knew how bad it was for her & her little fam so sad - the deceit Throw a beautiful/popular face on a product and everyone wants to buy it," another one commented. One more person added, "Do you know how bad that fragrance and chemicals are to breathe...? Think about it or look into it might change your mind especially with a beautiful little one!"
Khloe has yet to respond to the backlash.
