AceShowbiz - "The Godfather" actor Carmine Caridi has died, aged 85.
The veteran, who played Carmine Rosato in the classic gangster movie, passed away on Wednesday, May 29 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, according to his pal Chazz Palminteri.
Caridi also appeared in TV shows like "Starsky and Hutch", "Fame" and "NYPD Blue". He also featured in "The Godfather III" - as Albert Volpe.
He was infamously ousted as a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences for sharing movie screeners.
