In addition to the return of a presumed dead character, the leaked plot details reveal twists about Rocket Racoon's origin and his potential love interest.

AceShowbiz - Disney-Marvel may have kept details of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" under wraps, but that doesn't stop detail seeker from digging for scoop about the movie. As a result, alleged plot details about the upcoming film have now surfaced online.

Posted on Twitter by Roger Wardell, who has shared accurate information in the past, the details reveal a surprise twist about Drax's (Dave Bautista) family. [SPOILER ALERT!] According to the said user, "Drax is in for a big surprise when he discovers his daughter is alive."

The "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" sequel will allegedly reveal the backstory of Rocket Racoon (Bradley Cooper) and give him a love interest. "Rocket's creator is the High Evolutionary," the Twitter users added. "Rocket also gets a love interest in the form of Lylla."

Peter Quill a.k.a. Star Lord (Chris Pratt), meanwhile, may remain single after the apparent death of Gamora (Zoe Saldana) in "Avengers: Infinity War", but he slowly forms a bond with her once-estranged sister Nebula (Karen Gillan). "Nebula and Star Lord will grow into closer friends," the tweet further claimed.

Nebula was sacrificed by Thanos (Josh Brolin) in "Avengers: Infinity War" to obtain the Soul Stone on Vormir. Saldana, however, reprises the role in "Avengers: Endgame" as a version of Gamora from the past, before she met Peter.

While this Gamora from the year 2014 is not friendly with Peter and rejects his advances like she did before, Peter is seemingly determined to find her again. At the end of "Endgame", Peter who boards his ship with the rest of his team, plus Thor (Chris Hemsworth), is featured trying to locate Gamora.

James Gunn was recently reinstated as director for "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3", though he won't be working on the movie until he finishes "The Suicide Squad". The movie currently has no release date.
