The 20-month-old toddler has contracted the highly contagious infection while accompanying his singer mom on tour Down Under.

AceShowbiz - Pink's troubled tour of Australia has hit another snag - as her infant son Jameson is suffering from hand, foot, and mouth disease.

The 20-month-old, his dad Carey Hart, 43, and seven-year-old sister Willow are accompanying the Just Like A Pill singer, 38, on her trek Down Under - but the toddler has contracted the highly contagious infection, which causes skin rashes and ulcers.

Carey revealed the couple's son is sick in a post on Instagram - also revealing his sister was suffering from a temperature, a possible sign she may also have the virus.

"Wanna know how glamorous tour can be? Jameson has hand, foot, and mouth; and willow has a 102 (Fahrenheit) temp(erature)," Carey captioned a picture of his son sporting an unsightly rash on his mouth and legs. "Both kids laid up and mama @pink still has to push through and do shows."

I had Jameson at breakfast yesterday and this vile woman at the table next to us kept staring at him with a shitty look on her face. I told her it was bed bugs 😂. #NoRestForTheWicked #LifeInHotels

The doting dad also complained that another guest at the hotel they were staying in had struggled to hide her disgust at their son's illness.

He added: "I had Jameson at breakfast yesterday and this vile woman at the table next to us kept staring at him with a s**tty look on her face. I told her it was bed bugs."

Hand, foot, and mouth disease is caused by a group of viruses and usually only affects young children. It generally clears up after two weeks, but causes a fever, spots on the hands, feet, and mouth that blister - and can result in kids losing the nails on their toes and fingers.

Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore, continues her Beautiful Trauma tour with two dates in Melbourne on Tuesday, August 28 and Wednesday, before heading to New Zealand for six gigs.

The trek has certainly lived up to its name, as the star was forced to pull out of four concerts after she suffered an upper respiratory infection and was then hospitalised with gastric flu. The interruption to her tour means she will now head back to Sydney, Australia for three rescheduled dates after completing the New Zealand leg of her tour.
