AceShowbiz - Orange Is the New Black star Diane Guerrero has landed a new superhero role as Crazy Jane in the DC Universe's live-action series Doom Patrol.
The actress' new character has to deal with 64 multiple personalities, which each come with individual super powers.
Jeremy Carver is currently writing the Doom Patrol script, conjuring up characters like Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Woman, and Dr. Niles Caulder, who leads the group of outcasts.
Doom Patrol was picked up in May and will begin production later this year for a 2019 premiere.
Actress, activist and author Guerrero is having quite the year - as well as appearing as Maritza Ramos in Orange is the New Black, she has also popped up on Jane the Virgin and Superior Donuts, while the follow-up to her memoir In the Country We Love, titled My Family Divided, was released on 17 July.
