The One Direction star, who serves as new judge at the talent show, vows on Twitter to help fans look into the matter.

AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson is looking into complaints from fans about how they were treated when they came to see him in his new role as an "X Factor" U.K. judge.
The One Direction star has joined Simon Cowell, Robbie Williams and Ayda Field as a judge on the TV talent show, and attended auditions at the SSE Arena Wembley in London on Tuesday, July 24.
Fans turned up to catch a glimpse of the "Just Hold On" singer, with most having applied for tickets via The Applause Store - an agency that provides crowds for TV recordings. However, several ticket holders complained that staff had treated them rudely, wrongly denied people entry and had been physically aggressive towards them.
After reading the complaints on social media, the 26-year-old, who shot to fame on "The X Factor" in 2010, tweeted: "Seen a few things people are saying about the applause store. I'll get somebody to look into this ASAP. Love you all!"

On Twitter, a fan named Grace claimed that the alleged treatment had caused one person to have a "panic attack", while another said a member of staff shouted at them and ripped up tickets allowing them to sit close to the stage - telling them to move to seats further back or leave the venue.

The Applause Store representatives did not respond to a request for comment.

Fans thanked him for chasing up the matter, with one admirer writing to Louis: "THANK YOU FOR LOVING US AND CARING ABOUT US THIS MUCH, WE'LL NEVER STOP SUPPORTING YOU".
Louis and his old One Direction bandmates have made a habit of helping fans who go to extreme lengths to see their idols - often ordering pizzas or other refreshments for those who camp outside their gigs to get the best spots.
