Actors Park Shin Hye and So Ji Sub are coming to the small screen. The "Pinocchio" star and the "Oh My Venus" actor are confirmed to star on an upcoming tvN variety show titled "Little House in the Woods" from critically-acclaimed producing director Na Young Suk.

"He is confirmed to appear on tvN's 'Little House in the Woods'," a source from the "Master's Sun" actor's agency stated on Monday, March 12. "He will appear with Park Shin Hye. He chose this because the spontaneous and isolated format felt new. He is planning to show what it's like living on Jeju Island isolated."

A day later, a source from Park Shin Hye's agency released a statement which read, "It is true that she will be appearing on 'Little House in the Woods'." The source went on saying that the filming for the new show is currently underway on Jeju Island. "We are also aware that So Ji Sub has joined her on this variety show," the source added.

This will be the second time for Park Shin Hye to work with the PD. "The Heirs" star previously appeared on "Three Meals a Day" back in March of 2015.

The new variety show will see the South Korean stars going into the middle of the woods where no one else lives to stay in an off-grid home. It is said that the house they will stay in will not have electricity. In addition, they have to go on their own in the woods to get some foods and other necessary supplies.

Na Young Suk, whose credits include "1 Night 2 Days", "Three Meals a Day", the "Over Flowers" franchise and "New Journey to the West" among others, previously described the show as "a quiet program that can be seen more of as a documentary than a variety show." Another source further explained, "It may be perceived differently depending on who is watching it. You'll be able to observe something more than just healing [moments]."

"Little House in the Woods" is set to premiere sometime in April on tvN.
