AceShowbiz - Ailee has once again lent her beautiful vocals for soundtrack to a drama. On February 9, the South Korean songstress released a track entitled "Rewrite..If I Can", which serves as the soundtrack to web drama "Flower Ever After", along with its accompanying music video.

The approximately-four-minute clip features Ailee sporting a brown polkadot blouse while singing about longing for a past love that cannot return. Scenes from the drama are also being played throughout the visuals, giving viewers a glimpse at what the drama is about.

"We quietly looked at each other/ Loved each other/ Then got lost/ If I had quietly closed my eyes/ I might have heard the sound of your heart," she emotionally sings. "Those bad days/ That I want to erase with the words, I love you."

It didn't take too long for fans of Ailee to gush over the 28-year-old beauty, with many praising her beautiful vocals. "I love her when she sings ballad... Always feel so deep with emotion," a fan wrote in the comment section. Another said, "Not only are Ailee's vocals breathtaking but the raw emotions behind her singing never fails to tug my heartstrings."

Ailee, whose real name is Amy Lee, previously contributed to the soundtrack to critically-acclaimed drama "Goblin" with a ballad titled "I Will Go to You Like the First Snow". Even though it didn't get a music video treatment like other songs off the album, the track was dubbed the best-performing single of 2017. It topped the yearly digital, download and streaming charts on Gaon Music Chart.

Thanks to the success of the soundtrack, Ailee brought home Best OST Award at the 2017 Korean Cable TV Awards, which took place on March 10 at the COEX auditorium in Seoul. Due to the song's widespread popularity, it is considered the Denver-born songstress' signature song.
