Ending the T-Shirt Feud? Justin Bieber Apologizes to Marilyn Manson for Being 'A**hole'
Celebrity

The 'Love Yourself' hitmaker allegedly sent a text to the rocker which read, 'I totally thought we hit it off. Again, my bad, if I was an a**hole that wasn't my intention.'

AceShowbiz - Is it too late to say sorry? It seems like Justin Bieber and Marilyn Manson have buried the hatchet now after the T-shirt drama. During his appearance on "The Howard Stern Show" on Tuesday morning, September 19, Manson allowed the host to read his text messages with Bieber in which the "Sorry" hitmaker apologized to him for their recent unpleasant encounter.

Manson previously called Bieber "a real piece of s**t" in a Billboard interview after the latter claimed that he made the rocker "relevant again" by using Manson's face for his "Purpose" merchandise in 2016. Apparently, after reading the article, Bieber reached out to the "Killing Strangers" rocker to set everything straight.

"Bro, it's Bieber what's up with that article? I thought we had a pretty pleasant interaction. Also, if anything wasn't squared away with the T-shirts I'm so sorry," read the alleged text message from the Canadian heartthrob. "Anyway, regardless, it kind of stung seeing that if I came off as an a**hole or was just an a**hole I'm sorry?"

Manson didn't respond to the text right away, urging Bieber to follow up with a series of question marks before Manson simply replied with, "words." Manson explained to Stern, "That's what I say to girls when they talk." He also added that the thing that most bothered him was the "I made you relevant again" comment. "It was just a cocky little thing to say," Manson told Stern.

Manson later replied to Bieber's text, writing, "That [the interview] was exaggerated. You were just you being you. No beef here." Of the response, Manson said to Stern, "I just said 'you were just being you,' which could mean 'you're just being an a**hole, or whatever.' "

Bieber responded, "Honestly, I totally thought we hit it off. Again, my bad, if I was an a**hole that wasn't my intention. Just want you to know that." Manson texted back, "We are cool. People just made that shirt stuff into a fake feud. Let's turn it upside-down and f**k the press and do something together. It will be the best. And don't apologize, you weren't an a**hole. They asked if you were and I sort of agreed. I wasn't out to get you. If not, I'll try to avoid more questions today on Stern."

Stern continued reading another text from Bieber, "I didn't really care about the media. I just wanted to make sure you and I were good 'cause I like you." Manson promised the singer that he wouldn't s**t talk him on Stern's show, to which Bieber replied, "Well, thanks. LOL." Manson concluded by telling Stern, "He sassed me and he apologized, and I said I wouldn't s**t talk him, so I'm not going to s**t talk him."
