Zedd and Selena Gomez were arguably the happiest couple when they dated back in 2015. Even after they split, the DJ has always been sweet to the "Fetish" hitmaker. But, during his interview with Billboard, Zedd shockingly revealed that there was a time when he was "pissed" while dating Selena.
While admitting that he knew that dating Selena, who is currently dating The Weeknd, would make him the center of attention, Zedd seemingly was uncomfortable when paparazzi and fans reached out to his friends and family. "Reporters were calling my parents. People were hacking my friends' phone. I was pissed," the DJ, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, shared.
"[Though] I kind of knew what I was getting myself into," he continued. "She is one of the most talked about people in the world, but I had no idea how much that would change my life."
When asked if he was seeing anyone at this moment, Zedd refused to answer. Instead, he went on talking about his political view. He urged fellow EDM artists to speak up their opinions on how President Donald Trump rules. "They don't want to lose fans. I understand where they are coming from, but I disagree with that being a good reason not to speak up," he explained.
