Is Khloe Kardashian ready to start a family with Tristan Thompson? On Sunday's season finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", the 32-year-old reality TV star admitted that her athlete beau "wants to have kids now."

Khloe revealed she had babies on her brain after sister Kim Kardashian hinted that she would be the perfect surrogate to carry Kim's third child. Her sister brought her to see the doctor to talk surrogacy. "I don't know if I'm there right now," Khloe said during her sit-down. "But I don't see any harm in meeting with her fertility doctor."

During the ultrasound, Khloe learned that she has fewer follicles than a normal 32-year-old should have. "Shut the f**k up," she said as her sister Kim remained silent, standing by her side. "This is definitely not at all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can't get pregnant?" Khloe asked.

"You may consider getting them in the freezer while they're young," fertility specialist Dr. Andy Huang told Khloe, before advising her to stop taking birth control pills. After stopping birth control for some time, she returned to the doctor's office for another ultrasound. "Your uterus looks very normal," the doctor told her while seeing a number of follicles and a viable egg.

A relieved Khloe then said that the good news made her consider having children of her own with Tristan. "Tristan and I definitely talk about starting a family," she said. "He wants to have five or six kids with me and that's lovely. We could start at one and we could grow from there. But now knowing I'm not on birth control is just like-it's scary. It's like a really big step."
