AceShowbiz - Kyuhyun of Super Junior has officially begun his mandatory military service. The 29-year-old singer was spotted at recruitment training camp at the Nonsan Army Training Center on Thursday, May 25. He will receive a 4-week training before serving as social service worker for two years.

In a video that surfaced online, hundreds of fans were seen waiting in front of the training center to see him off. Kyuhyun arrived at the center wearing a black T-shirt paired with jeans. He completed his casual look with a mask and a cap.

Before he entered the building, the "Goodbye for Now" singer looked back to wave at his fans for one last time. He also bowed politely to them before being ushered into the center. Fans responded by waving back at him while shouting encouragement words.

A few hours before arriving at the training center, Kyuhyun showed off his new buzz cut on Twitter. He wrote, "I'm not used to this. Let's not be sick or cry but let's be well. Please be with my music so that it won't be lonely."

Fans immediately replied his tweet with sweet messages. "We love you, handsome. We miss you so much. Please stay healthy, stay strong and don't forget to write a letter for us EVERY MONTH," a fan tweeted. "See you in 2 years, Kyuhyun. I will wait for you and let's make a lot of memories again when you come back. Take care, I love you," another wrote.
