While he doesn't usually show love for them, Kanye West cares about his fans too. The rapper proved it when he recently rushed to help a concertgoer who nearly fell and could've been badly injured at his recent "Saint Pablo" show.

In a just-surfaced video, Kanye was seen surrounded by his entourage as he walked past a bunch of fans screaming on a balcony. They also pushed one another, almost causing one man standing in the very front to fall off.

Kanye spotted the incident and immediately ran below the balcony in hopes he would catch the man if he were to fall. Kanye then gestured with his hands for the other fans to calm down and give each other space. He continued to walk as one of his security guards dealt with the crowd.

Usually, Kanye won't even smile for his fans. During the Super Bowl 50 last year, he even made headlines for ignoring random men who took a selfie with him. Looking annoyed, he's seen scowling and pouting while the dudes widely smiled at the camera.
