The ambitious 'MIB 23' project to be directed by 'Alice Through the Looking Glass' helmer James Bobin seems to be in trouble.

Jonah Hill thinks the "MIB 23" will never get made. The actor who played Schmidt in "21 Jump Street" and "22 Jump Street" reveals his doubt over the "23 Jump Street" and "Men in Black" crossover.

"I had the idea, but I doubt that movie will ever get made," he told Toronto Sun. "They're trying to make all the deals, but it's kind of impossible with all the Men in Black stuff."

He added, "The Jump Street films were so fun to make and the whole joke of them was they were making fun of remakes and sequels and reboots and then now it's become a giant sequel, reboot. It's almost become what we were making fun of and it's hard to maintain that joke when it's so high stakes."

James Bobin, who got panned by critics for his movie "Alice Through the Looking Glass", is attached to direct the crossover project. There hasn't been any update available since it was announced in April despite plan to roll the camera this year.
