The February 14 episode picked up where the last episode left off with Sasha, Abraham and Darryl dealing against a new group of baddies.

"The Walking Dead" returns to AMC this Sunday, February 14 and the first four minutes of the midseason has been released. The scene focuses on Abraham, Daryl and Sasha's encounter with the bikers who would become the group's nightmares in the next few episodes.

The opening is the continuation of the scene teased at last year's post-credits sneak peek. The trio were returning home from the free zone in their truck when a motorcycle gang working for Negan stopped them in the middle of the road. Apparently, this gang steals supplies, digs for information and forces people to give "more."

The bikers' leader told them to hand out their weapons before ordering them to direct the gang to Alexandria. "Your property now belongs to Negan," the man said. "Who's Negan?" Abraham dared to ask. The leader was ready to pull the trigger and leave Sasha and Abraham to death when Sasha made the last attempt to escape death.

Negan is a new character to be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan on the series. In the comic books, he would be [spoiler alert] the one who kills Glenn with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. It is yet clear whether the show will follow the comic books and kill the fan favorite.
