So, is Olivia staying or not on "The Bachelor" after Ben Higgins delayed last week's rose ceremony to speak to Olivia about the other girls' issues with her? The new episode that aired Monday, February 8 picked up right where the cliffhanger left off, with Olivia claiming that she had a huge target on her back because of her connection with him and that she was blamed for being antisocial.
Ben let Olivia keep the rose and the other girls were surprised when she returned still safe. Ben explained to the girls that he liked them all for "different" reasons. That meant another girl would be eliminated and the unlucky one was Jennifer.
After the rose ceremony, Ben and the 10 remaining women headed to the Bahamas. There, Ben had his second one-on-one date with Caila. They went deep-sea fishing. Afterwards, Caila admitted that she wasn't ready to open up even though she was falling in love with him. Ben found it "confusing" yet "attractive," so he kept her and gave her a rose.
Leah, not happy that she hadn't got a one-on-one date while Caila already had two, was in the group date with Lauren B., Becca, Amanda, JoJo and Lauren H. They went swimming with pigs and fed them hotdogs.
During some private time, Leah talked to Ben about her issue and Ben admitted for the first time that he was feeling uncomfortable about keeping up relationships with multiple women. Leah, meanwhile, cried as she dubbed herself a "group date groupie," but Ben encouraged her to make the "most" out of the situation.
Later, Leah planned to get rid of Lauren B., telling Ben that she was a different person when she was not with Ben. The bachelor confronted Lauren B., who broke down in tears as she tried to explain the situation. Leah denied that she was the person who spoke behind Lauren B.'s back.
Leah didn't stop there though. She went to Ben's place to bad mouth Lauren B. and try to convince him to send Lauren B. home. Things backfired as Ben felt something wasn't right with Leah talking badly about Lauren B.. He told Leah there was something missing from their own dynamic and it was best for them to say goodbye. Ben, however, kept doubting his romance with Lauren B..
Next was the two-on-one date with Emily and Olivia. The three boarded a speedboat and headed to a private island. During some alone time, Olivia who was confident she would marry him said she was in love. Emily also made her feelings clear. Ben then took Olivia away and told her that he didn't "reciprocate" her feelings. With that Olivia was sent packing.
Emily was happy to get the rose and the rest of the women shared the joy of Olivia being eliminated, but one of them was still not safe. Skipping the cocktail party, Ben went straight to the rose ceremony and sent home Lauren H..
The remaining women, Caila, Amanda, Emily, Becca, JoJo, and Lauren B., will head to Ben's Indiana hometown in next week's episode.
