Mission accomplished! Kim Kardashian's son is no longer breech. In the latest update on her website, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reveals that she has undergone a treatment to turn the baby's body into the right position for childbirth.

"This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position," she shared, adding that she was accompanied by her husband Kanye West and sisters one of whom presumably was Kourtney Kardashian who is a mom herself.

"They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby. There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop - in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place," Kim continued. "I was prepared for it all!"

"They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!" she added. "My baby is in the right position and it feels so good to not have the stress of thinking I need a C-section. I'm so thankful for my doctors!"

However, Kim now catches "a cold and sinus infection." She explained, "So I have to fight through this and get better! I'm going to have North have a sleepover with her cousins for the next two days so I can really sleep and get better. She loves sleepovers and I really need this time to get better. I haven't been able to sleep and just need to catch up."
