The 'B***h Better Have My Money' singer shared with her fans on Twitter and Instagram a joke employee handbook which regulated the employees' lunch time on the basis of their body sizes.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna showed her sense of humor about how her company Fenty Corp would treat its employees. The Barbadian beauty took to Instagram and Twitter on September 24 to share a joke employee handbook which regulated the employees' lunch time on the basis of their body sizes.

"Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch as they need to wat more, so that they can look healthy," read the handbook. It became so mean for "fat people" as they only get "5 minutes for lunch, because that's all the time needed to drink a Slim Fast."

The handbook also mentioned that "each employee will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturday and Sunday." Worse than that, the company "will no longer accept a doctor's note as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work."

The company also made a strict rule on the use of restroom. "There is now a strict 3 minute time limit in the stalls," it read, before mentioning the consequences if the employees failed to leave the restroom at the required time. "At the end of three minutes, alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the stall door will open and a picture will be taken. After your second offense, your picture will be posted on the company bulletin board under the 'Chronic Offenders' category."

According to the handbook, the company also wouldn't give a raise on its employees' salary. The 27-year-old captioned the snaps of the hilarious handbook with the hashtag "FENTYCORP."
