Spider-Man's Bedroom Will Be Shown in 'Captain America: Civil War'

'Civil War' staff members reportedly rented bedroom furniture from a local prop shop to be used for Peter Parker's bedroom in the upcoming movie.

AceShowbiz - While Marvel Studios has been working hard to keep all details of characters appearance in "Captain America: Civil War" under wraps, a new report suggests the movie will give a glimpse of Spider-Man a.k.a. Peter Parker's bedroom. The movie staff reportedly rented bedroom furniture from a local prop shop to be used for Peter's bedroom.

A photo obtained by a local NBC News station in Atlanta, where "Civil War" is filming, showed a wooden desk and a blue sofa allegedly used in Peter's bedroom. The local prop shop also provided kitchen furniture used in "Vacation", an antique armoire for "Devious Maids" set, and caskets used in "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk" and "Dirty Grandpa".

In another report, Spider-Man will fight zombies and faith in new comic book series "Amazing Spider-Man #1.1" written by "Agent Carter" author Jose Malina. The "Amazing Spider-Man" spin-off, launching in November, will also re-introduce an obscure group of superheroes called the Santerians.

"The Santerians are attached to issues of religion and faith," Jose told ComicBook.com, "I wanted to have them bring questions of faith into Spider-Man's world and force him to grapple with ideas he hasn't often wrestled with in the books. Peter Parker is a scientist by nature, but what if he finds that there are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in his philosophy?"

He added, "And, given that we're talking about Spidey, I wanted to approach these notions with a sense of humor and wonder. Thus: the undead. Not zombies, just not alive and not dead. We're gonna get a little cosmic on this one, and the Santerians give us a connection to otherworldy matters that I just couldn't resist."
