Now that Prop 8 dies, Adam Carolla thought it's the right time to express his true feelings to his longtime friend Jimmy Kimmel. Thus, when he stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Tuesday, July 2, he decided to propose to the show's host.
"I've been thinking about it," said the former "The Man Show" host, who has been married for 11 years. "You're making out with Johnny Depp and this whole Prop 8 thing has been kicked to the curb now. We're free to express ourselves in a way we couldn't in the past," he continued before pulling out a ring, getting down on one knee and asking Kimmel to marry him.
"This is very, very sweet," Kimmel said but he turned it down because he's already engaged to Molly McNearney, a writer on his show. "That skinny blonde b***h? I thought that was your Pilates instructor!" Carolla reacted. Despite the rejection, a "Congratulations Adam & Jimmy" banner rolled down and a bunch of balloons dropped, making the situation awkward.
