Merle makes it more difficult for Rick to decide whether he should sacrifice Michonne for a truce with the Governor or risk the lives of his group.

Rick has to make a tough decision in the next episode of "The Walking Dead". He reveals to Merle that if they want a truce with the Governor, they have to give up Michonne. Daryl's brother, however, doesn't help Rick at all when he describes what horrors lay ahead for the sword-wielding heroine if they hand her over to the Governor.
On the other hand, the group has to get ready for a war with the Governor if they don't grant him his wish. This big showdown may cost a life or two as it has been rumored that there will be two major deaths before this season ends.
Also in the upcoming outing, Daryl and Glenn discuss Merle's place in the group. Daryl asks little forgiveness for his brother, but Glenn is clearly still upset that Merle once put Maggie's life in danger when they were held captive by the Governor.
Titled "This Sorrowful Life", the penultimate episode of "The Walking Dead" season 3 will air Sunday, March 24 at 9/8 c on AMC.
