Giggling non-coherently during the talk show, Lindsay Lohan's mother is accused by the doctor of 'being phony and flitting around.'

Dina Lohan looked like a drunken mess when visiting "Dr. Phil" for an interview. The mother of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan seemed to keep fidgeting and slurring her words when answering questions from the doctor.
"You're like in your little tie and your little shoes," Dina told Dr. Phil at one point while giggling. According to the host, she was "being phony and flitting around," but she denied it. "I'm being scrutinized by you people," she defended herself.
She also dismissed claim that she took Lindsay's money by lying to her. When confronted over her daughter's long list of problems, she stated, "If she was living in New York five of them (charges) would be obsolete." She later said while laughing non-coherently, "Can I go home now?"
In addition to sitting down with Dina, Dr. Phil interviewed Lindsay's father Michael Lohan. "Was she drinking before she did your interview?" the Lohan patriarch asked the host during the Q&A session via satellite.
The Lohan episode will air September 17.
