Creator Josh Berman expects the 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' star to be 'reinvented' as she portrays Nikki, who is also the business partner of Fred's ex, Stacy.

Kim Kardashian continues spreading her wings in scripted TV world. After landing a role on Tim Allen's "Last Man Standing", the E! channel star is cast in the upcoming fourth season of "Drop Dead Diva" for a multiple episode arc.
The 31-year-old beauty will recur as Nikki, who is a new love interest for Fred (Ben Feldman). She also partners with Stacy (April Bowlby), who happens to be Fred's ex, in a new business venture.
Announcing Kim's casting, creator and executive producer Josh Berman stated, "I'm ecstatic to welcome Kim to the Diva family." He went on gushing about the sister of Kourtney Kardashian, "In discussing the role of Nikki with her, I'm blown away by her smarts, sense of humor and passion. This series is all about reinvention and I'm so excited to see Kim 'reinvented' in the world of 'Drop Dead Diva'."
The estranged wife of Kris Humphries has also commented on her new acting gig, claiming that she is "excited." She additionally wrote on her blog, "I can't wait to get to work with everyone on set."
Kim will first appear on "Drop Dead Diva" in the premiere episode of season 4, which is scheduled to air this summer. She has previously guest starred on "CSI: NY" and "How I Met Your Mother".
