Movie

Universal Pictures has issued a release date for "American Reunion". Instead of taking the same path of the first three installments of "American Pie" film franchise, which were released in summer, "American Reunion" will make its way out in spring, on April 6, 2012 to be exact.

Seann William Scott, Jason Biggs, and Eugene Levy have agreed to reprise their roles in "American Reunion". Later in early April, Alyson Hannigan was also reported to reprise her role in the comedy film. More original cast members are expected to return to the upcoming film as well.

"American Reunion" reportedly shares a story about the gang's ten-year high school reunion, with each character having different stages in life. Directors of "Harold and Kumar" film series, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, will serve behind the lens for the film, and provide its script.
