New behind-the-scene pictures of "Battle: Los Angeles" come out in the latest issue of Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine and they highlight the aliens. Scans of the images have now hit the web, giving a clear look at the Earth invaders in the film. One particular image even shows a gory shot of alien autopsy.
The story starts as Earth is attacked by unknown forces. As people everywhere watch the world's great cities fall, Los Angeles becomes the last stand for mankind in a battle no one expected. It's up to a Marine staff sergeant and his new platoon to draw a line in the sand as they take on an enemy unlike any they've ever encountered before.
Aaron Eckhart plays the Marine staff sergeant while Michelle Rodriguez stars a tech expert. Joey King and Bridget Moynahan also land roles in the action sci-fi film that comes from the direction hand of Jonathan Liebesman.
Columbia Pictures will drop it in theaters across the nation on March 11.
