AceShowbiz - Two patients are treated for the same illness but only one gets the heart they need. In the upcoming episode of "Three Rivers", Shiloh Fernandez will guest star as a former drug addict by the name of Scott who has vowed that he has turned his life around. Believing that he has done so, Andy convinces UNOS to give him a new heart.
In the preview, Scott is in love with a girl who is also sick and needs a heart transplant. He gets his heart but the girl is still on the waiting list. The episode called "Good Intentions" will air on Sunday, October 18. "Alone Together" was previously slated to be the third episode of the show, but CBS has made a shift in the schedule and will air "Intentions" instead.
Shiloh Fernandez can be recognized as Sean Henthorn on the canceled show "Jericho". He was supposed to tackle a role on the spin-off to "Gossip Girl", but the new series was shelved from Fall premiere. He, nevertheless, has appeared as Owen Campos in the backdoor pilot which aired as part of a "Gossip" episode.
