A bunch of dates which list major cities around United States for a tour dubbed "Fame Kills Starring Kanye West and Lady GaGa" have been revealed. The roadshow will be kicked off on November 10 at US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona and will go through January next year.
Kanye West released his latest studio installment "808's & Heartbreak" in 2008. Most recently, he got criticized by many fellow performers from various genres of music for interrupting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards on September 13. Following the backlash, the rapper has released public apology and personally called Taylor to show how sorry he is.
Controversy also hit Lady GaGa. The dance queen who dropped her debut album "The Fame" was slammed by PAPYRUS, a suicide prevention interest group, for faking her own death on a gory MTV VMAs performance. "This act is not cool - sensationalizing and romanticizing suicide is irresponsible," a spokesman for the organization said. "Celebrities, who are often idolized by young people, need to be more aware of the impact that such acts can have on vulnerable young people."
